You can of course discuss all match scenes, but in principle only match scenes that are directly connected to the scoring of a goal can be rated. Questionable scenes that lead to a goal later, in a new match situation, are disregarded. Possible warnings and dismissals can also be disregarded (“The goal scorer ‘”XY” should not even be playing anymore! “).
1.) Penalty
a) Wrongly not given penalty: Counted as a goal for the disadvantaged team – despite the fact that the conversion rate is not 100%.
b) Wrongly given penalty kick: An unauthorized penalty kick is deducted from the favored team. (This also applies to the follow-up shot, as long as it is not a new match situation).
2.) Offside
a) Offside goal: If a goal is scored from offside, it will be deducted from the favored team. This also applies if not the goal scorer, but another player of the attacking team was in a punishable offside position. Only when a new match situation occurs, the previous offside is no longer taken into account.
b) Regular goal – whistled for offside: If a goal was scored under competitive conditions (the defense defended to the end and did not stop play because of a whistle) it will be counted for the disadvantaged team.
3.) Goal line
a) goal not given, despite ball behind the goal line: if the ball has completely crossed the goal line, the goal is counted for the disadvantaged team.
b) goal given, although ball not behind the goal line: if the ball has not completely crossed the goal line, the goal shall be deducted from the score of the team awarded the goal.
4) Foul (including handball)
a) Foul before a goal is scored: The goal shall be deducted from the score of the favored team if the foul is directly related to the goal scored. However, if a new match situation occured, the foul or hand play is no longer considered relevant.
b) A regular goal is wrongly whistled for foul play or handball: If the goal was scored under competitive conditions (defense has continued to play until the end and has not already stopped play) it will be credited to the disadvantaged team.
5.) Free kick
a) Unjustified free kick: A directly taken free kick that was taken because of a foul that was wrongfully given is deducted from the favored team. A short tapped or crossed indirect free kick that then lands directly in the goal is treated as a direct free kick. The same applies to deflected free kicks. Other Indirect Free Kicks are not relevant for True Table.
b) Because of the low conversion rate, a free kick not given has no relevance.
6) Corners and throw-ins
a) Corners and throw-ins that are unjustified or incorrectly executed have no relevance.
b) Because of the low conversion rate, a corner kick or throw-in that is not given has no relevance.
7.) Yellow-red and red cards
Yellow and red cards can be discussed but have no relevance for the time being.
8.) Other
Every now and then we have to be surprised by new match situations and then there is the possibility of an individual decision on relevance or not. An example of this is false benefit interpretation.
9) Fundamental relevance
Relevance is generally not given if
a) the defense does not finish the match scene after the flag has been wrongly raised or the whistle has been wrongly blown
b) no goal was scored after a wrong decision was made
c) a new game situation arises when
– the opposing team has brought the ball under its control (even if only briefly) or has cleared it in a controlled manner
– the ball was out of court or another reason causes a stoppage of play
– the course of the game ensures that a previous wrong decision is no longer directly related to a goal
